CEU students take part in the traditional parade of Chicago University

Our students of the bilingual programs of the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the University CEU San Pablo who have studied different programs at Chicago University have taken part in the traditional academic parade of this institution renowned worldwide celebrated each year.

Our students take part in the programs ‘Clinical Trials Management and Regulatory Compliance’ and ‘International Political Economy’. In addition to being part of the parade, they have had the chance to attend an event which ended at the Rockefeller Chapel where the President of the University, Robert Zimmer, hosted a welcome ceremony.

Unique programs in Spain

The Vice-Dean of International Relations of Universidad CEU San Pablo, Jesús Paúl and the Professor of the Faculty of Pharmacy and coordinator of the bilingual programs of the Faculty in collaboration with Chicago University, Gonzalo Herradón, has accompanied the eighth promotion of the program ‘Clinical Trials Management and Regulatory Compliance’ taken by the students of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

This program, unique in Spain, deals with seven topics given by professors of Chicago University. After completing the two first modules in Madrid, the students takes the two last ones at the campus of the US University. Moreover, this program is completed with an observational study in hospitals in Chicago.

The third promotion of the program ‘International Political Economy’ directed to students from the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences has also paraded with the students of Pharmacy. After completing the three first modules in Madrid, students completed the last ones at the Chicago campus.

The CEU has signed unique agreements with prestigious US universities such as Boston University, The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Fordham University. Thanks to this, it can provide its renowned International Bilingual Programs (IBPs).
