Last 19 September representatives of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Ecuador and Universidad de California Riverside (US) visited the headquarters of the Internationalization Vice-Rectorate. This second university was represented by the Head of Global Engagement, Jason Daily, who was received by Vice-Rector of Internationalization Ainhoa Uribe, and the Deputy Vice-Rector of Internationalization. Roberto Gelado. After the first meeting at the Vice-Rectorate, dealing with the situation of the existing mobility agreement between both institutions, Daily visited the new premises of the Faculty of Humanity and Communication Sciences.
That same day also at the headquarters of the Vice-Rectorate of Internationalization they received María Luján González Portela in representation of the PUCE. At the meeting held with the coordinator of International Relations Estela Herranz, they discussed different types of collaborations especially with the Degree in Nursery whose Head also met with the representative of PUCE. Finally, they also explored the possibility of strengthening ties between professors of both universities for the organization of COILs.
