Aula Generali: attracting talent to the insurance sector

Universidad CEU San Pablo and Generali have extended their collaboration with the creation of Aula Generali CEU, a space for learning to attract talent to the insurance sector as well as to foster the development of students’ skills and abilities to favour their incorporation to the labour market.

In the next months, Aula Generali will delve into subjects of interests for the insurance sector such as innovation, development opportunities within Generali, transversal and functional projects, commercial skills and insurance distribution as well as all the information on the internships program YoungLions of Generali which seeks to incorporate junior talent to develop a career in Generali.

Alberto Ogando, Chief of People & Organization in Generali has explained that “with this agreement Generali wants to contribute to create bonds between the academic and corporate world to favour the exchange of knowledge allowing students to join the labour market with the necessary skills to develop a successful professional career.

In turn, Rosa Visiedo, Rector of the University has pointed out that “the initiative Aulas CEU Empresa seeks to generate a better and closer relationship between our university and companies. Its final purpose is to improve education and approach the corporate world and therefore improve employability of our students. It is a relationship where both sides; the company and university, win”.
