Study a Master’s Degree in Logistics and International Trade in Barcelona

Quality of product, export and import cargo business concept. businesspeople or engineer check goods and stock in industrial container terminal. maritime transport and logistics

The logistics sector has long since ceased to be the traditional sector of storage and transport of goods. Aspects such as digitalisation, automation, the rise of e-commerce or the last mile have generated a deep change in the professional profiles most in demand by logistics companies.

Thus, despite being one of the most promising areas of employment, the logistics and supply chain management sector currently suffers from a lack of specialised profiles, which is why, at present, the job offer is greater than the number of trained workers, especially those with international training.

The need to provide the market with qualified professionals led to the launch of specialised programmes, such as the university master’s degree in Logistics and International Trade at Universidad CEU Abat Oliba, UAO, in Barcelona. 100% of its students find employment upon completion of their studies (AQU 2020 job placement survey).

The University Master’s Degree in Logistics and International Trade of the UAO provides a great help both academically and professionally, with the aim of achieving the necessary knowledge for the internationalisation of the company, based on import-export activities and logistics and transport operations, which allow these to materialise by applying rational and scientific criteria in decision-making.

The master’s degree is oriented towards international trade and business, as well as logistics and transport operations derived from international trade, given the importance of this market and the need to obtain a global vision of the movement of material and information flows in imports and exports.
