CEU present in the World Day of Youth Panamá 2019

CEU and the Cultural Foundation Ángel Herrera Oria sponsor the exhibition “Gaudí: Hijo de María” in Panamá on the occasion of the JMJ 2019.

In order to promote Christian principles and values through education and culture, University Foundation San Pablo CEU and the Cultural Foundation Ángel Herrera Oria have signed a collaboration agreement with WDY 2019 Foundation, entity in charge of organizing this year’s World Youth Day.

The agreement is based on the sponsoring of the exhibition “Gaudi: Son of Mary”, an artistic work which looks over the life of the Spanish architect marked by the maternal and pedagogical presence of the Virgin.

The exhibition is located in the Museum of Biodiversity of the City of Panamá and was opened to the public last 21st January. The inauguration of the exhibition counted with the presence of Gonzalo Redondo de Cardeña, Responsible of International Development for Latin-America of CEU; Juan Carlos Fábrega Roux, President of the Foundation Amador (Biomuseum); Sophie Carbonell, Art Director of the WYD Panama 2019 and Chiara Curti, Commissary of the exhibition. The inauguration also counted with the presence of José Domingo Ulloa Mendieta, Metropolitan Archbishop of Panama and President of the Episcopal Conference of Panama.
